A project of the Ronald McDonald
House Charities of Northern California, in a partnership with
the U.S. Forest Service, Camp Ronald McDonald is located in the
northeastern part of California, and is approximately 20 miles
from Susanville.
9 cabins provide 13 bunks and indoor restroom, (bedding and
linens are not provided) which we staff with cabin "Moms" and
"Dads".
The friendly staff in the Ronald McDonald dining hall provides 3
meals per day, plus snacks. Special dietary needs may be
met.
A centrally located pavilion provides a covered area for our
crafts and meetings.
The large campfire area is used for gathering together at the
end of each day. The entire camp facility is handicapped
accessible.
